Radiance and care

A piece of jewelry transcends time when it is given the attention it deserves.

At Maison Miralys, we share our tips for preserving the beauty of your jewelry, protecting its shine and prolonging the emotion it carries.

Because a piece of jewelry is not just an ornament: it is an intimate heirloom, designed to last.

Gold Jewelry

Gold is a precious metal that retains its luster, but it can lose its shine when in contact with chemicals or abrasive surfaces.
• Avoid contact with chlorine, perfumes and cosmetics.
• Clean your jewelry regularly with lukewarm, slightly soapy water and a very soft brush.
• Wipe them gently with a microfiber cloth.
• And if your jewelry has lost some of its shine, entrust it to us: we have the necessary expertise to restore it and give it back all its original brilliance.

Silver Jewelry

Sterling silver naturally oxidizes and can tarnish when exposed to air, moisture, or skin.
• Store your jewelry in an airtight pouch or lined case to limit its exposure to air.
• Use a special silver cloth to remove traces of light oxidation.
• For more pronounced oxidation, opt for a suitable cleaning method, then dry the jewelry thoroughly.
• And if your jewelry is heavily tarnished, we can clean and polish it to restore its shine, like the first day.

Gold-plated jewelry (3 microns)

Our gold-plated jewelry is made with a 3-micron layer of gold, making it much stronger and more durable than traditional plating. With proper care, it will retain its shine for many years.
• Remove your gold-plated jewelry before sleeping, washing, or engaging in sports activities.
• Clean them only with a soft, dry cloth (avoid any chemicals, soap or abrasives that would weaken the veneer).
• Store them separately, in a pouch or case, to avoid rubbing against other jewelry.
• Over time, the plating may slightly fade: we offer a replating service to restore your jewelry to its original shine and color.

👉 Our commitment : in addition to offering you quality jewelry, we remain by your side to take care of it and bring it back to life if necessary.
